½ cup warm water

2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

½ cup cold water

2 cups whipping cream

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature

½ cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup honey

Directions
